Miso Glazed Wild Salmon (no sugar or sweetener added)

INGREDIENTS
2 servings of wild salmon (18-24 ounces)
1 tbsp white miso paste
1/2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Scallions, chopped
White sesame seeds

STEPS

  1. Mix together miso paste, wasabi, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger powder. Marinate the salmon with the glaze a few hours before you plan to cook it (if time permits). If not, marinate right before, it’ll still taste awesome. Top with sesame seeds and scallions.

  2. Preheat oven to 375F. Roast for 15 minutes. Then change setting to Broil and let cook for another 5-10 minutes (depending how strong your broil is). Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!

  3. Serve with anything :) Most recently, I served it with my roasted broccoli recipe (posted separately) and Morrocan-spiced spaghetti squash (see below).
